01 March 2010 Working capital loan would fall under the category of fund based facility from a Bank. For obtaining a fund based facility, the Company will have to prepare a CMA statement or say a report on the working of the Company for the next five years. Reports would include P & L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, ratio analysis including Debt service coverage ratios. Background of the company, management, business structure and other details that a Banm may require. The Bank would consider providing working capital facilities based on the above details.
