anybody please clear my confusion that Some chapters of Law in the website of ICAI is of Companies act 1956. My Attempt is Nov 2016. Please make me sure that Either i study Companies act 2013 or 1956. Like: Prevention of Opression and mismanagement is from old act in ICAI website..please help me out

All the sections of Companies Act, 2013 are not yet notified. Until it gets notified where ever applicable you will have to refer to the provisions contained in the Companies Act,1956. As the provisions relating to Oppression and Mismanagement is yet to get notified, hence sections from Companies Act, 1956 will be applicable. Please check the notified section by MCA on its website from the link - http://www.mca.gov.in/Ministry/pdf/ProvisionsTable_CompAct.pdf
