12 August 2012 Can anyone tell me that is huf coparcener take cash from huf of Rs : 2 lac and returned money after 3 months to huf. Is it violation of 269SS and 269T ? If no any citation.

13 August 2012 According to me yes because HUF is a seperate person in Income Tax and any transaction between huf and any other person will attract 269ss and 269t.
