after obtaining the certificate of practice, firm name and join as partner in a partnership firm...what is the procedure for going to job.

As per professional ethics First you should enter in Retirement Deed and after that you have to surrender the COP.........after doing that you can proceed for job. or you can join job immediately but after the join you should first of all need to enter in "Retirement deed" and send a application to ICAI for COP surrender.
