I have become CA in Nov 2007. currently I am in Job. pl let me know can I have COP alongwith my Job. If yes then what type of services i can provide to my clients.

You can apply for part time cop and still you can continue your job. You have to get no objection from your employer before applyig for the same and your office hours has to be informed to the institute.
On getting part time cop you should not take up corporate audits, tax audits, certification work. However you can do indvidual tax filing, preparation of balance sheet for firms etc., Submission of project report to Banks etc.,
