I am looking for information about Cooperative societies accounting. where can I find complete info on that. and also is there a limit on the amounts to be transfered to general reserve for cooperatives? Is there a limit on the payout to members in cooperatives pls pls help me

You will have to look at the State Act on Coop societies.

Society can't pay any amount to the members, please refer ur society by_laws, and registration of society resolution
