I want to convet time (1:20 AM) to Value ie Rs 1.20

Its Urgent please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

30 April 2010 he wants to convert the time into Rs value say time is 1:20 PM then Rs shoud be Rs 1.20 :) check the link i have provided and follow the intructions given there.
