23 December 2010 Please tell me how to convert one pvt. ltd co. as subsidiary of other pvt. ltd. co. ?(Both comapny are already Registered with same ROC).

23 December 2010 no procedure. Just purchase the shares. At the time of filing annual returns mention it is subsidiary and also while finalising accounts.
