What are the procedures for the COMPULSORY conversion of PCC scheme to Intermediate ? PLz help

As per the Notification from ICAI Board of studies No.BoS/Announcement/227/13 January 7, 2013, you have to pay Rs.500 for conversion. The details can be seen from the said notification.
