I REQUEST TO ALL THAT ANYBODY CAN SUGGEST ME IS ANY PERSON CAN BE ABLE TO CONVERT HIS SINGLE SAVINGS ACCOUNT INTO JOINT ACCOUNT.PLEASE SUGGEST ME AND TREAT IT URGENTLY.

I think you should go to the concerned bank and ask them, they will be able to resolve your query.

It is no and for joint account you have to open a new account by giving both the names and both the persons shall put their signature on the signature verification card and bank will open the account. You may transfer the funds of the existing account to the new account
