conversion of pvt ltd co to LLP

I want to convert xyz investments Pvt limited to xyz solutions LLP. can I do that or first I have to change my Pvt LTD name to xyz solutions Pvt ltd. then apply for conversion to xyz solutions LLP.

If in your objects investment activities are included then you cant apply for the conversion into LLP.
As LLP are not allowed to do investment business.

Thanks Mr Goyal for the reply.
There is no investments activity in the company. Only word investments is there. My query is " do I have to change name of Pvt LTD company or while conversation to LLP I can use new name which have no word investments.
