I need your help in , I want information for converting Sole proprietorship in to Private company. Please provide me whole process of it with section and applicable Forms also.

17 June 2010 The Companies Act provides for conversion of partnership into company form of business.

Hence, you would have to first convert the sole proprietorship into partnership and then into company under part IX of the Act.
