Propreitor is a govt contractor wants to convert his business in to a pvt ltd. what is the procedure for conversion?

Step 1: Convert the Propreitorship into a partnership.
Step 2: Convert the Partnership into a Private Limited company under part IX of the Companies Act, 1956.
