Conversion of prop. into partnership

Currently I am working with my own Prop. firm and now I want to convert it in a Partnership firm with the same name. Will you be suggest me process for this conversion?

Yes Mr Goyal you can convert it into PARTNERSHIP.
PARTNERSHIP DEED shall be written.
PAN and TAN shall be applied for.
Bank will be informed and a new account shall be opened.
