25 December 2013 What is the exact procedure of Conversion of Private Company into Public Company as per the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013? Please provide with the specimen of Resolution in Board Meeting, Notices and resolutions of EGM for conversion of Private Company into Public Company which are in accordance with the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013?

Also Please provide with the specimen of a MOA and AOA of a Public Company along with the prospectus necessary for the aforesaid conversion which are in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013?
