14 May 2016 please explain me detail procedure to conversion of private company into public company and visa versa

14 May 2016 According to Section 14, Company has to amend Aritcle of Association for conversion of private to public company by passing special resolution .
Hold the Board Meeting for approval of Private Company to Public Company
Hold the general meeting and pass special resolution for alteration of article of association, and alter the Memorandum ( Name clause, capital clause ),
Copy of special Resolution shall be filed within 30 days of special resolution to ROC along with altered copy of Memorandum and Articles.
Increase the number of members to 7 and Number of Director upto 3, if less.
A copy of order of MCA shall be fill with Registrar in form no INC 27, within 15 days of copy of order.
Obtain from ROC, fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of Private Company to Public Company
