What are the journal entries in the books of Company as well as LLP on conversion of Company into LLP specifically for share capital & reserve and Partners' contribution?

24 July 2009 i m going to appear for may2010 attemp of IPCC, plz guide me about how to study as I have not joined any class. Can I refer "Compilation" book, which has previous yrs question papers?, or should i go ahead with the authors available in the market like "paduka" and so on? plz help me in this regard.

I wants to ask that a housing society has been newly formed and no audit was conducted in the F.Y 2007-08 but in 2008-2009 however audiy has been conducted and only sinking fund has been created,But as per Bylaws of Society out of the profits after interest ,25% should be transfereed to Reserve Fund .Is I am correct please suggest whether any other fund needs to be created.Its urgent
