conversion of partnership firm into Company

please let me know which provision of Companies Act 1956, make it mandatory for a Partnership Firm converted into private Company, to adapt the Articles of Association.

05 June 2010 Partnership firm can be converted into company form under part IX of the companies act. Though there is no specific provision for compulsory conversion, a partnership firm cannot have more than 20 partners. If the number exceeds, it has to be registed as a company.
