Conversion of opc to private company

Whether an OPC should appoint one more Director while getting converted into private company since the Minimum Number of Directors is 2.Or Can OPC appoint one more director after such conversion ?Kindly suggest .....

I am not sure about the procedure. However, it is logical that company need to have two director before conversion, because until and unless a company does not have 2 directors, it can not be considered as Pvt Ltd co.
