While Conversion from final old to final new is it mandatory to pay fees rs.1100 towards cost of study material?
if any body not want study material of Institute then what?
Rs.1100 is conversion fees or cost of study material

That is mandatory even if don't want the material. As institute belive that you have read the institute books.
