20 October 2010 Basic practical knowledge connected to creation of private limited company and what are effects on current business firm(Export Firm and Construction of Buildings) if its converted into a company ?

Following are the procedure for formation of a company
1 apply for a name of company with 6 alternate name in Form No - 1
2 apply for pan card after name being approved
3 apply for din number for the person going to be director
4 preparation of moa and aop and sent it to roc if you are doing all this things for their comment although it's not mandatory
5 Summit FoRM nO 18 for registered office of the company
6 Summit form - 32 for directors
7 if the stamp duty is applicable than pay the stamp duty ( stamp duty is different in different state so check it to your sate
8 obtain trade licence

20 October 2010 Thanks for reply. Business is of export import and construction business as sole proprietor. export import license is to be taken new ? Business discontinued ?
