Basic practical knowledge connected to creation of private limited company and what are effects on current business firm(Export Firm and Construction of Buildings) if its converted into a company ?

Hi Rachna ,
Following are the procedure for formation of a company
1 apply for a name of company with 6 alternate name in Form No - 1
2 apply for pan card after name being approved
3 apply for din number for the person going to be director
4 preparation of moa and aop and sent it to roc if you are doing all this things for their comment although it's not mandatory
5 Summit FoRM nO 18 for registered office of the company
6 Summit form - 32 for directors
7 if the stamp duty is applicable than pay the stamp duty ( stamp duty is different in different state so check it to your sate
8 obtain trade licence
for all this form please login to www.mca.gov.in

if you will provide nature of business and state in witch such business you want to set it will be convenent for us to give to correct feedback

Thanks for reply. Business is of export import and construction business as sole proprietor. export import license is to be taken new ? Business discontinued ?
