27 July 2010 Please guide me whether, A pvt Ltd Company can be converted into Ltd Company and Vice Versa in a Single year. If Yes, how it ma be possible.

For more clarification,
I am Banker looking after the credit portfolio, i have recd one proposal where last year the Company is Pvt Ltd. When i check the stats of my charges i found that the Company is regt. as Ltd Co. with ROC. Now, the company is again reporting its constitution as Pvt Ltd.

28 July 2010 to convert company from Pvt to Public and again to Pvt is rarly possible

Conversion to Pvt from Public requires RD approval where Rd may not give approval

You can check the status of Company from its Incorporation Certificate attached to MoA of the Company where you will get the details i.e. date of conversion of Status of COmpany
