Convence and telephone reimbursement

As a salaried employee we cac claim reimbursement of telephone and convence as a part of ctc on actual expense incurred. For Convence we can make log book for travelling by taxi and submitt to accounts for saving tax

Yes, one can claim reimbursement of telephobe and conveyence from Company and the amount paid by company is not perquisites in the hand of Employee.
For claiming telephone expenses, employee has to submit telephone bill to the company anf for conveyence, log book is sufficient
