Hi,Can anybody tell me that"Any contractual employee worked under Govt. Organisation treated as "Govt. Employee /Non-Govt. Employee" for the purpose of Entertainment or Other allowance,I.T.R or other Taxation Purpose.

10 August 2012 Contractual employee is not on the rolls of employers.
Generally, He is on rolls of some pvt agency.

As he is not on the rolls of the Govt, he cannot be termed as a Govt employee.
