30 January 2010 which are the contracts come under sec 297 and 299 which must be entered in register of particulars of contracts maintained u/s 301.

plz can any one help me out .

-Contacts in which the director is interested directly or indirectly.

The ultimate Logic is to keep record of all the contacts in which Directors have interst directly or indirectly.
