Giving a contract for printing and supply of writing PADS having Conpany's logo on cover page is Purchase contarct or Service Contract ?

if you are supply material on which logo to be printed than tds will be deducted u/s 194C.
if material and logo both supply the vendor then no tds will applicable.
if material and logo both supply the vendor then no tds will applicable.
