Now an ITR is annexture less,
You have to show all the proof when Assinging Officer ask you for the same.
Keep original receipt.
Pan No of an assessee to whom you made such donation.

If 80G is expiring on or after 31.03.2009 then it will be continue till infinity unless it is cancelled... There is no need to renew 80G exemption duration and no need to submit any documents.
