what is the maning of "uncalled laiblity on shares partly paid".and how it is a contingent laiblity

In case of shares where application money is paid and the subsequent call money is pending, this is will be classified as uncalled liability on shares partly paid shared.
This is contigent when there is no announced date as of the close of balance sheet.
