When I am Importing goods in Consetional rate of Duty , then I requre to Submit Consumption Report Monthly to excise dept. ??

If yes , can I get official format of the same or where i can get it?

12 September 2009 You are required to submit the consumption detials. After total completion of the goods you have to get end use certificate from the Excise Dept.

Consult your excise range for submitting the consumption details.
