Consultancy / Professional fees Taxable

I have enrolled for COP since last year and am receving professional fees 4 consultancy from a 100 % EOU firm @ 15000/- per month. I do not have any other source of income. HOw will my income b taxable? Kindly reply.

16 June 2010 My view ..your income will be taxable under Business and Profession. According to me, it is nothing to be done with EOU.
