Is reverse charge applicable on construction expenditure up to 13 Oct 2017.

RCM on unregistered procurements is applicable on all unregistered procurements upto 13th Oct 2017 including construction expenditure. Hence, if you have made any unregistered procurements for construction upto 13th Oct 2017 then RCM will be applicable.
