02 July 2008 Our company is privat limited company in india we have subsidery company in singapore the book closure for subsidery company is 31st MArch 2007 it any mandatory for subsidery company balance to be included in the holding company balance sheet

02 July 2008 Presentation of Consolidated Financial Statement is not mandatory... But when u showing a consolidated results(i.e. if u want to consolidate the financial statements then u need to follow AS-21
