My company is going to form a new group company. I want to know whether "A RESOLUTION PASSED IN BOARD OF DIRECTOR MEETING IS SUFFICIENT FOR COMPANY OR IT HAVE REQUIRED OTHER CONCENT REQUIREMENT ALSO with amg meeting".

Only Board resolution of the company is required for forming a group company, if the Company wants to subscribed in the new company.
