16 June 2017 What will be the impact of GST if you revived any amount (consideration) against damages of property used other than normal services provided consideration.

16 June 2017 Under current regime, such charges is subject to service tax since same is consider as accidental damages. In GST, no clarification is being provided. However, it is expected that same should continue under GST regime.
