payment of Invoice towards directors & manager Traning approx per head Rs. 11,000/- (including food & stay) under which section Tds to be deducted?

If its an invoice from a training consultant... it can only be 194J

If its an invoice from a training consultant... it can only be 194J But As the payment has not exceeded Rs. 30000 p.a. no need to deduct
