27 August 2015 Currently i am working in a pvt co.with no scope of growth but my pay is more in comparison to my work..I want a better profile...what to do ..please help

04 September 2015 if you're not satisfied with present job description then it would be a wise decision to change where you land desired role and better suitable profile even though initially pay might be less but there is always scope to learn and excel in that and grow high, another thing is you would be new role might give you a sense of satisfaction.
