Confusion about career as a ca

21 May 2016 Presently working in an industry in delhi qualified in nov 09 working in present org since last 5 years.
Salary is 450000 p.a.Nil exposure in present org as old people are running co on its sake without putting any provision like co act aur schedule III etc. if demand comes owner wishfully pays the same....balance sheets are signed as it is.

As per todays' market conditions jobs are scare so what to do go for a switch over or retain in the same co without any exposure or increment or value like a CA.

Please advise.

22 May 2016 HI. Do think too much about salary aspect. It is just a number game. Do understand if you don't have the needed professional exposure you are at danger, as today it is about what have you worked on counts. And when you say you are working in Delhi which such a company it is really not the worth. If you have right work exposure and experience you can always quote for your salary and not rely on market trends,etc.

You are a CA not some graduate to just do accounting as per owners instruction. Do act brave and take a call immediately before you get stuck.
