i registered for ipcc in january 2011. I haven't given any group for some reason.now i want to give both group in MAY 2014. 1)-Can i give ,and how attemps count and how many one can give in one go. 2)-if i am not allowed, then what to & how to do. Please tell me, thank you guys.

Ans 1. Yes your are eligible and no attempts are counted since you havent appeared in exam only.

1)You can appear for MAY2014 and that will be counted as your first attempt
