Confused between job and campus

16 August 2016 iam a fresher ca
and iam selected in genpact my package is approx 6 lacs and profile is RTR

iam interested in giving campus but if i join genpact i have to work there for one year otherwise i have to pay 1 lacs

what should i do
i have done my articleship form mediocre firm and my knowledge and communication skills are good so should i give campus and are chances of joining is high?

16 August 2016 Hi Gunjan..First of all congratulations for qualifying CA and getting job also.

For your query regarding campus hiring, so many factors to be considered. First of all, what all companies are participating, second - shortlisting by companies and then interview and package etc.

You must try for campus and in case you get a really good offer there you can resign from Genpact by paying 1 lac. It seems to be big amount but paying it for a really good offer is worth.

Better create a provision for the same :)
