Conflicts in depreciation rates

01 July 2014 in the tax audit report of A.Y. 2013-13, depreciation on Mobile phone was claimed @10% instead of 15% . Now I want to change the rate of depreciation, please tell me the procedure regarding this with relevant case laws

and also same will claim in income tax return.
