if a company pay conference fee to NRI(i.ecompany[THE INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF ESSENTIAL OILS AND AROMA TRADES]} then , what rate will be applicable of TDS?

tds will be applicable u/s 195.
16 January 2015
tds needs to be deducted u/s195 by the co before making the payment.
