Please any one tell me about procedure, to apply for condonation of delay filing Satisfaction of charge, Because rule 12 of new act not very well clear, to go for petition or not..... please give your opinion soon as possible?

File form GNL-1 with ROC and then Form RD-2 with RD for condonation of delay.
Attach petition in both the form.
Once you get RD order file Form INC-28 with ROC.

Thanks from your opinion.
As your suggestion, i worked out for GNL 1, it requires information about stamp duty payment. As per law practice, i think only verification of petition filed on affidavit, will be notrised from the notary with payment of stamp duty. Whether GNL 1 requires that information or some other one. Please help to clear the doubt...
