Condonation letter for delay in submitting form 112

26 June 2013 Hello Experts
i have to submit a condonation letter bcoz i joined another course CS without taking Permission from ICAI. but i have to mention a reason..please help me by suggesting what I should write (reason for the delay)

26 June 2013 what is the fact of not intimating in time?

You may write that as CS is distance mode which does not involve attending classes i though of intimation is not mandatory as and when i cam to know from my friend i have complied the same accordingly..

So please cone my my delay

26 June 2013 Thank you but this condonation is to be written by my employer and he said if He mentions dis reason then que would be raised on CA (employer) that a CA is suppossed to have knowledge of all da regulations

But do you have any other option..

Are you sure your employer is required to ask for con donation in my knowledge it is you..you better confirm with icai once

don't do more delay ask and confirm procedure in icai branch and ask them is it mandatory to provide reason also so that you can get clear idea on how to proceed here

28 June 2013 yes i have confirmed..reason is mandatory to be given.they said write that you were not aware of da fact so u have not submitted but my employer is saying that if u write then i will be responsible..
one suggestion if my employer writes that shweta didnt inform me that she has joined CA.can icai raise question on me

28 June 2013 Meaning of form 112 itself intimates to ICAI and also to principal..

he dont need to comment at all like that

even he does also it will not be a problem..you can say that "i am not aware that it is required to intimate to my principal as it is a distance course.."..max icai will not ask such questions..

if your boss want to write a note that you have not informed to him..just also request him add on more word that you have attended for work as per ca regulations and not negleted articles as a safer side

however you may convince him not to comment any....if we want to comment ask him to go ahead as above..

it will be okay icai simply grants condonation because cs is distance course and it does not requires to attend classes
