28 April 2011 sir , due to certain reasons i was not able to subit form 108 in time ,.,,. whether condanation letter is necessary ? and can u plzz provide me format of condonation letter

28 April 2011 If you are delay in submission of Form 108, then a letter from principal (CA) seeking condonation alongwith requisite fee is a desirable. Otherwise it may result in holding the form.
There is no prescribed format (a simple letter is suffice), but the reason should be there to avoid any hassles.
