Is there any specific period in a year, when the application for concurrent audits of bank can be submitted?

10 April 2011 concurrent audit assignments normally takes place in the month of March or first week of April.In some banks it is an ongoing process on quarterly basis. just put up the applications to the respective audit departments with ur firm profile and supporting documents if asked for and follow-up with the concerned ppl in the audit department.
