conclusiveness of certificate of incorporation .

I read that, even if the object clause of the memorndum of association includes an illegal object & the certificate of incorporation has been issued , the objects would remain unchanged , so what would be the remedy in that case ?

Memorandum and Aryicles of Association are documents which constitute the contract between members and the company and members interse. Any clause that is illegal or opposed to public policy will not get a legal sanction by the inadvertent omission to delete it before registration.
