Can anyone help me out what is job work with example? What relation between job work and TDS and WCT

Job work means suppose a saree manufacturer is manufacturing a saree and the work in the saree is taken by you it is called job work this differs with the job work. If each bill exceeds the minimum amount of TDS then TDS is applicable
