24 December 2007 I HAVE TO FILE INCOME TAX RETURN OF A PATSANSTHA. I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER WHILE CALCULATING INCOME OF SOCIETY INCOME IS REQUIRED TO BE ADJUSTED FOR ACTUAL PROFIT i.e PROFIT AS CALCULATED BY THE SOCIETY IS REQUIRED TO BE ADJUSTED FOR ACTUAL NPA AS PER THE REQUIREMENTS OF LAW
