what are the criteria for a steel manufacturing company to come under cost audit. what are the matters to be taken care of if a co. comes under such requirments.

As per companies act under section 233B where in the opinion of the cental govt. it is necessary to do in relation to any company required U/S 209 (1)(d) the cental govt may order for cost audit.
