Composition scheme registration

13 July 2017 Hello friends I am trying to register under composition scheme of GST... previously I had registered under REGULAR (due to lack of clarity), But I am eligible for composition scheme and now when I am trying to register by accepting the "Application to opt for composition levy" through EVC method which says "will send u the ARN in 15 mins" but it's more than 72 hours, I did not receive any ARN PLEASE HELP HELP HELP URGENT
